Pentax makes a wide range of point and shoot digital cameras, which is called the Optio series, along with a single lens reflex (SLR) line. The SLR *ist DS, *ist DL and *ist D cameras are lightweight models which may be bought with or without the lens. The Optio S51 and S50 are two of the most popular cameras.
